Recommending this approach because the architecture changed, from 32-bit to 64-bit, in Sep 2018. The new 64-bit HDX RTME plug-in will work with both the new 64-bit Citrix Workspace app for Mac and with the old 32-bit Citrix Receiver for Mac. Get the 64-bit HDX RTME plug-in now so you may continue to use Citrix Receiver while laying the groundwork for an easy transition to Citrix Workspace app.
