Key Takeaways

  • Redesigned Interface: We’ve reimagined the cloud interface to give you easier access to Citrix resources.
  • New Menu Layout: The Citrix Cloud console now requires fewer clicks to get you where you need to go.
  • Streamlined Workflow: Admins now have easier access to consoles and can customize their view for efficiency.

Earlier this year we introduced the Citrix platform and a commitment to you to build a simplified, unified platform to deliver and manage secure application access to any device and any user. Today, we are delivering on this promise and introducing wide-ranging product changes that will make your life as an IT admin easier than ever.

Over the next several months, we will be rolling out our new Citrix platform experience, providing updated and uniform access to all the capabilities Citrix has to offer. Being an administrator is hard work, and you need a product that can help you seamlessly execute all your tasks. With an environment that is growing more and more complex, this is no small feat. With our newest iteration of the Citrix Cloud console, administrators can solve problems sooner, navigate faster, and keep up to date with Citrix better than ever before.

A revamped Cloud platform page

A good interface can solve a lot of administrator headaches. No one wants to waste time digging around in consoles and getting lost in menus that are several levels too deep. You have work that needs to get done now

The new Citrix platform home page

We have revamped our cloud interface to provide operational utility straight from the home screen. From quick access via the primary capabilities buttons right at the top of your screen, to high-level visibility of what’s happening in your environment with ‘Recent Activity’ front and center.

We don’t just want to help with your environment today, we want to help prepare you for what your environment could look like tomorrow. We’re adding a roadmap section that will include the latest and greatest new releases and how you can leverage them in your environment, plus quick links to resources like the Citrix Community and Citrix training resources. From roadmap items that are in the works, to technical documentation and upcoming events – you can catch up on everything Citrix in one place, rather than having to check several different feeds.

Unified navigation

With changes to deploy and end-user experiences to monitor, you don’t have time to click around searching for the right console. You need to get around your environment, fast. With our new menu layout, our features are more easily navigable and all the consoles are accessible from any page. It now takes fewer clicks to get to where you need to go.

Updated Citrix Cloud menu navigation

The new Citrix Cloud console unifies the navigational design across all services and capabilities in the Citrix platform, driving a consistent experience for administrators. We have integrated Workspace Environment Manager and Session Recording into the DaaS console you use daily.  We’ve also added a page navigation path, so you know where you are in the console and how to get to the specific page you’re looking for. In addition, you’ll also be able to customize your console with features like pinning, putting the consoles you use the most exactly where you want them.
