We’re excited to announce the release of uberAgent 7.3! This version is packed with improvements based on what customers like you have been asking for—better integration with Citrix components, along with enhanced security visibility.

Why the Update?

You’ve spoken, and we’ve listened. Customers want Citrix to provide top-notch monitoring, especially for DaaS and NetScaler. So, we’ve enhanced our capabilities with deeper integration and more detailed insights.

What’s New?

NetScaler Integration: We’ve added more detailed metrics, like vServer hits, requests, responses, and real time data on client and server connections. If you’re using NetScaler Gateway, you’ll now have clearer visibility into user and AAA sessions.

DaaS Enhancements: Managing Citrix DaaS just got easier with new data on license usage, maintenance modes, and delivery group statuses. Now, you can quickly check which delivery groups are enabled or disabled.

CVAD Monitoring: Need better insights into your Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environment? We’ve added new metrics, including database size, to help you stay on top of things.

Windows Event Logs: Security starts with visibility. We’ve added native support for forwarding Windows Event logs, giving you a richer set of data. Plus, there’s a new, easy to use dashboard to help you analyze it all. Refer to the documentation on how to set up Event Log forwarding.
