We’re excited to share that Citrix Enterprise Browser (CEB) is now integrated with uberAgent. This is our first major collaboration with Citrix, and it highlights our dedication to bringing you exceptional value and innovation.

What is Web App Monitoring?

In today’s enterprise environments, SaaS and web applications are everywhere. Traditional monitoring tools that focus on installed applications can’t keep up. That’s where Citrix uberAgent comes in. Our robust web application monitoring tracks page loads and inter-page communication on all major browsers for every website.

Monitoring web apps in all browsers and now in CEB helps track page load performance, ensuring a smooth user experience. Additionally, it helps diagnose network reliability and browser performance issues, which is crucial for maintaining a secure and productive environment.

For more detailed information on the technology, refer to the product documentation.

What is CEB?

Citrix Enterprise Browser is a Chromium-based, locally installed browser designed to support your security and compliance needs. It boosts productivity while mitigating insider and external threats. The Enterprise Browser can accelerate your zero-trust strategy with dynamic context awareness and ensure simple, secure, VPN-less access from anywhere. Plus, the built-in Remote Browser Isolation feature enhances security by isolating high-risk web browsing traffic on a remote, one-time browser session on public cloud infrastructure.

CEB Web App Monitoring

Citrix uberAgent has long supported Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Internet Explorer, offering comprehensive web app monitoring across popular browsers. Since the acquisition, we’ve leveraged our combined expertise to enhance our offerings. The uberAgent and CEB teams have worked together to extend our superior web app monitoring to Citrix’s enterprise browser.

This integration lets you measure, report, and improve the employee experience on internal and public websites running in CEB. By detecting problems early, you can significantly boost end-user productivity. You’ll also benefit from detecting long load times caused by overloaded web servers, enabling IT teams to balance the load and improve performance, tracking and diagnosing HTTP errors to ensure web applications function correctly and reliably, and measuring the impact of browser ad blockers on load times, providing insights to optimize the user experience.

We’re excited to offer this powerful integration and can’t wait to see how it improves web app monitoring and overall enterprise productivity.
