Having visibility is critical, whether it’s your own health or the health of your organization’s IT infrastructure. After all, how can you measure performance or identify problems if you can’t see what’s going on? With Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADM) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Marketplace, IT admins have more choice in how they monitor the health and performance of applications.

Citrix ADM is the analytics and management plane for Citrix ADC. It collates telemetry about your applications and delivery infrastructure and turns it into actionable insights. By continuously collating data about your applications from all your ADCs, across your entire multi-cloud environment, Citrix ADM creates a baseline for application health and performance. With this baseline established, Citrix ADM can quickly identify anomalies and enables you to troubleshoot issues faster from a central location. And it’s available on premises and as a service.

Citrix ADM makes managing of your Citrix ADCs easy. It alerts the admin to issues before they become problems and even recommends remediations to speed resolution. Citrix ADM monitors the performance of your applications end to end, from the servers, to the network, to how users perceive the applications. It can even monitor how quickly an application renders.

The Citrix ADM agent is now available from the Google Cloud Platform Marketplace and facilitates the secure remote management of Citrix ADC instances deployed within the Google cloud virtual network via Citrix ADM. The agent also enables customers to deploy Citrix ADC instances using the differentiated, Citrix pooled capacity licensing in GCP from the ADM.

How Citrix ADM Agent on GCP Marketplace Delivers for IT Admins

  • It enables a secure channel for configuration, logs, and telemetry data between managed Citrix ADC instances within GCP and the Citrix ADM.
  • It allows application teams to easily manage Citrix ADC instances that are remotely deployed in the GCP Cloud Virtual Network and derive application performance, security, and application infrastructure analytics.
  • The agent software works as an intermediary between the Citrix ADM cloud service and managed ADC instances within the GCP Cloud Virtual Network.

Citrix ADM version 13.0-65.21 is now published to GCP.
