In 2018, we restructured the Citrix Technology Professional (CTP) program by partnering CTP members with Citrix product managers and engineers to form specialty product-focused groups. These smaller working teams have engendered greater trust and better communication among CTPs and product teams and, in the end, better Citrix products.
