Hey everyone! Let me tell you a little about myself and some of the great content you can find in our Citrix Cloud Success Center. My name is Brian Galletta, and I am a Senior Cloud Success Engineer with Citrix’s Worldwide Customer Success Management organization. I have worked for Citrix for more than 17 years. During my long tenure, I have worn many hats and have had the opportunity to work with almost our entire product portfolio.
When we decided to build the Citrix Cloud Success Center, I was asked to create some of the resources for our Content Collaboration service. I spent several years rolling out our service to small businesses and to some of our largest enterprise customers with very complex requirements and environments. I was excited for the opportunity to apply my learning and experience to help our customers familiarize themselves with Content Collaboration.
As you probably already know, our Content Collaboration service is an industry-leading platform that allows for secure file sharing, no matter where your data is located, no matter the device. Within the Cloud Success Center, you can view the content I’ve provided in step 2 — “Review the Prerequisites” — and step 3 — “Build Your Solution.” In these sections you’ll find valuable resources like:
