While Google has been a Citrix Synergy sponsor since 2014, this year the Google Cloud team will be front-and-center all week long, starting with Chief Operating Officer Diane Bryant joining Citrix President and Citrix CEO David Henshall for the opening keynote.
Diane Bryant recently joined Google Cloud to oversee customer support and Google’s IT solutions and data center supply chain after leading and growing the Intel Data Center Group into a $17 Billion a year industry powerhouse.
During the keynote, Diane and David will discuss the Citrix-Google partnership and our shared vision for helping businesses transition to the cloud and access their data securely from anywhere. Diane will also highlight the unique benefits of Google Cloud for Citrix customers and share some exciting new announcements.
Before the keynote, be sure to start off Synergy Week early by attending LAB618 “Citrix + Chrome Enterprise deployment learning lab” a Google Cloud led instructional lab (offered on Sunday 4-7pm or Monday 8-11am or 4-7pm). LAB618 will dive into deploying Chrome Enterprise with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
Chrome with XenApp and XenDesktop is the most secure, cost-effective application virtualization solution in the market and with Citrix UEM and Chrome Enterprise, it just became a lot easier to manage and deploy all the endpoints in your organization. Former Citrite Mayank Tahilramani, who is now leading the sales technical partnership for Google Cloud, will present at the Citrix Experience Center theater on Tuesday May 8 (12:30-12:45p) shortly after the opening keynote concludes.
The fun doesn’t stop there, as Google Cloud experts will present SYN152 — “Simplify your endpoint management and VDI Strategy” — on Wednesday at 11:30-12:15 in ACC #207A. Citrix Cloud Services PMM, Mikael Lindholm, will team with Google Cloud for SYN140 — “Jump-start your secure digital transformation with Citrix and Google Cloud” — on Wednesday @4:30-5:15 in ACC, Level 3, 304A.
