Growing up in St. Louis, Missouri means being born a diehard baseball fan. As a child, I recall the excitement of walking into Busch Stadium and being surrounded by 50,000 fans in a sea of red. From watching the Budweiser Clydesdales march around the field, to cheering on my favorite ball players, there was no other experience like it.
My passion for baseball first began with my love for the St. Louis Cardinals, yet it continues to grow through my career at Citrix by having the pleasure of managing the innovation partnership between Citrix and The Miami Marlins.
The Miami Marlins have announced that Citrix has become the team’s “Official Innovation Partner,” a deal that features Citrix as the entitlement partner of the Founders Suite Level at Marlins Park.
The Marlins rely on Citrix technology, which unifies the apps, data, and services that people need to be productive. It also simplifies IT’s ability to adopt and manage complex cloud environments, to keep their ballpark operations running smoothly. The Marlins have collaborated with Citrix to deliver secure and comprehensive workspace solutions that give their staff access to corporate resources from anywhere. This allows the Marlins to streamline management for IT, and protect the trade secrets that keep them competitive.
I now get to experience baseball games at Marlins Park in the Citrix Founders Level Suite. This allows me to host key Citrix customers, build relationships with our advocates, and learn about how they are using Citrix technology to innovate at their companies. I also get to showcase how the Miami Marlins are innovating with Citrix technology to our customers. Mixing my passion for baseball and engaging with Citrix customers, makes for a real work life balance. #CitrixLife
