Introducing ShareConnect: Your Desktop Apps and Files at Your Fingertips

Today, we are excited to bring you a totally new remote access experience for your tablet, one that won’t limit you to mere consumption of files or scaled down apps that don’t really get the job done, but instead beams fully functioning desktop power to your iPad or Android tablet in way that feels like it was made for your fingertips.

ShareConnect is a new app that gives you the ability to securely access apps, documents and files stored on different computers, so your work seamlessly continues no matter how many devices you use in a day. The best part is, desktops look and feel like native tablet apps and perform just as smoothly.

Built to enhance your mobile workspace

While there are a plethora of apps designed to help you work from your iPad, there are still many applications and resource-intensive desktop programs that can’t be used on tablets – or simply aren’t nice to use.  ShareConnect changes this experience for iPad and Android tablet users; with just one tap, you can automatically open software running on a desktop or laptop to full screen and  pinch, zoom or swipe as well as have full keyboard control. ShareConnect lets users quickly access specialty apps and resource intensive software programs including design, accounting or CRM software that until now, these types of programs were tethered to desktops and workstations.

Additionally, anyone that’s working outside of the office can access and edit Office files including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ShareConnect’s intuitive design displays your most recent used files and apps, allowing you to quickly pick up where you left off.
